Yeah I literally just saw that when I loaded it up when I got home. Sad but I think I still have Magical Diary and HuniePop sitting around from some god-forsaken indie bundle. That will have to do.

He might thank you for Magical Diary. It actually encourages creative puzzle solving on top of standard dating sim shenanigans.

Can't say anything about Hunie Pop :P

IndieGala seems to have delved into porn games with their most recent bundle so you might want to steer clear for a while depending on personal proclivities.
groupees.com has even more porn games, if IndieGala can't sate your needs.  From what I've heard, there's nothing much of quality in the IndieGala bundle, but the groupees bundle includes DearDrops at the highest price point, which many VN connoisseurs seem to recommend.

Ah yes, the insatiable lust of corn and rice, clearly two of the most erotic foods.

Meh. The series turned really weird after The Queen of Welcoming Sphincters.

I've actually checked if "The Queen of Welcoming Sphincters" is really a thing.

I was not disappointed. (first search hit, SFW, don't worry)

Elsewhere on the internet, Humble started an End-of-Summer sale today, running until the 10th of September.

The one noteworthy bit is they're giving away Stealth Inc. 2 (Deluxe; DRM-free + Steam, soundtrack, goodies), until the 31st.

I find it amusing that they still show which charity your "purchase" is going towards.

Heh, that telltale bundle eh?

I was all like, man I'd like "Tales from the Borderlands" but 50% isn't really my price point.

Oh wait, it gets cheaper overall for each 99 cent game I add...   :P

I already have them all but X:Rebirth. I also have Elite Dangerous. Is X:Rebirth worth playing now after all those fixes Egosoft released?

If you can get it cheap, yeah, kinda. It's way better nowadays and most of the gamebreaking bugs and crashes have gotten patched.
It's still missing some features, but since most of the mods can be scripted in XML, I believe we can see the same scripting magic that we saw with the earlier games happen again here.
YMMV, of course, but most of the X games releases were like this (very buggy starts) so I went in fully expecting this.

It's still no x2 or x3, which it never claimed to be, unfortunately.
