Anyone know who/what/where/when/why/how tabletop simulator is going to go on sale? Because I need a sale to convince everyone I know to buy it.

No shady websites please.

It's actually going to increase in price next month, too.

Tomb Raider isn't bad if you can get over Lara's obsession with running towards explosions and her adamantium skeleton.

Anachronox (Barely post-PSX style sci-fi RPG), the legacy of kain stuff (dark-style legend of zeldas, more or less), startopia (sorta' like a sci-fi dungeon keeper, but not), maybe omikron (cannot remember why I remember this), dungeon siege 1 & 2* (alright hack-and-slash RPGs. 3 I've never played.). All I noticed that I've played or seen played that seemed might be recommendable.

SupCom 2 might be an option providing you've never played supcom 1. Would probably recommending finding SC1 instead.

They don't seem to have that almost-ogre-battle-like Last Remnant that my computer can't really manage to run that folks seem to think is mediocre but I kinda' like. So I can't recommend that one. 'Cause it ain't there.

*If you go for 2, and if possible, I totally suggest finding a version with non-english voice acting and english subtitles. The english dub is trash, but the german one is pretty incredible (sounding, I have no ruddy clue if the translation's accurate).

Just Cause 2 is well worth the 3,74€ or whatever the price is for you. While it gives you an impression of you running a liberation war against evil evil el presidente, it never really delivers on that promise. But I guess it just isn't the sim-guerrilla game we've been waiting for. What it IS is a very fun sandbox-y game with lots of explosions and decent gunfights, set in a diverse and nice looking environment that also let's you do all kinds of silly things with your magical hook + parachute combo.

Unless you are sick of open world 3rd person action games, I'd say pick it up.

Also, Sleeping Dogs is supposed to be very good too.

I've only played Hitman 2, but it was a very satisfying experience.

They both are quite good and enjoyable.

Sleeping Dogs is a good GTA-lite game with some Batman: Arkham whatever style Kung Fu thrown in. If you're in the mood for a good 'ol Hong Kong crime experience, it's a solid buy, especially at what it's going for on Steam right now. (DLCs included.)

Ugh, too many WiiU games for me to consider.

Also I note that they changed "Stealth Bastard" to "Stealth Inc" :P

Sleeping Dogs suffers from its open world nature. The story is much more enjoyable than in any other GTA-like/lite, it was like playing through a best of Hong Kong cinema. I like Hong Kong crime action/dramas. Too bad the open world nature tends to ruin pacing of the story a bit (doesn't it always?). The actual GTA-esque crime spree stuff that you can do between missions just isn't as enjoyable as in most other games out there.

Get it for the story and ok gameplay, ignore its open world trappings and you'll enjoy it. That's my take.
