My spending on this sale were fairly small.

672 RUR total, or just over $11 at the current exchange rates.

You were able to buy all that with $11? No wonder Valve locked down gifting from Russia and other low-price regions.

You didn't see my Christmas giveaway thread? I threw in $10 for every day of the sale, then bought games to give away.

I was wondering why only 7 people signed up.

Ooooooh right, that. I remember seeing it a couple months ago. Read the first ten pages or so and found that sort-of-RP-thing p. funny.

Hmm. Gang Beasts, The Escapists, or Crypt of the Necrodancer. I don't have people over very often, but would like to change that. I have a lot of dungeon delving games. They are all early access but Gang and Crypt have been pretty good about pacing content from what I've been hearing. I can only get one.... 15 hours and time is ticking away. South Park might be another option.

New Humble weekly bundle looks really nice. Eye Candy 2. I made the mistake of looking at the video for the top-tier game, and now I'm going to have to buy it.

Spoiler: Game List (click to show/hide)

EDIT: Holy shit, FRACT OSC is really amazing. If you are at all musically inclined, enjoy logic puzzles, and don't mind if a game doesn't hold your hand and tell you exactly what to do next, I *highly* recommend this one. It's sort of like Kairo, but with nicer visuals and everything is music-based.

GOG has Interplay sale for the weekend.
Lots of neat old games, but from my experience Interplay sale happens at least once a year on GOG so no worries if you miss it this time.

GamersGate has Warhammer 40k sale, with all titles 75% off.
If you were waiting for the right time to grab any of those games, now's the time. I don't think they go lower than that (maybe 80%, but I wouldn't count or wait for that).

Also, Civilization games are on sale on GG, with Civ IV complete going for the same price as on Steam, currently.
So if you prefer non-Steam version you can grab it there, be warned though it doesn't come with Colonization 2. Then again from what I've heard that one was crap anyways so no big loss I guess.

Speaking of Civilization series, what do you guys think - Civ IV or Call to Power 2? I'm actually getting pretty interested in getting the latter, some changes it made to original Civ formula sound really damn sweet.

I was wondering why only 7 people signed up.
I was tempted, but the offer was so generous I'd feel kinda bad  for participating. Sorry, I'm weird.  :P

I was also disappointed with the winter sale.  Nothing on my wishlist dipped down far enough for me to consider it a must buy.

I ended up spending a grand total of $2 on HL2:Episode 2.

I think you meant to say Civ 4 AND Call to Power 2.

Yeah, I get the sense developers were a lot more careful with their pricing on this sale. I didn't see any of the Early Access games I was looking at dip below 33% off, and a lot of titles I expected deep discounts on stayed fairly modest. There were also fewer wild swings on prices over the course of the sale.

I didn't really enjoy Eidolon, despite being really excited for it, when I got it on sale in another bundle. I did not really enjoy Dear Esther, either. However, I did really love Gone Home, The Talos Principle, and Myst back in the day.

Do you think I'd enjoy the other games of this bundle?

I can hand my copy from HB over, if somebody wants it. I got it earlier from elsewhere.
