wikipedia says it is a port of the iOS version.  most of the reviews are positive.  I'll roll the dice on it.

Bought it. $5 is a damn good price. I really loved King of Dragon Pass on PC and this is apparently a straight upgrade so bring it on! Thanks for the info puke.

Edit: Played it for about an hour. Game is definitely King of Dragon Pass except better.

Edit edit: Played 4 hours now. Game is way, way better than the original. They just tuned everything up and made it more accessible without losing any of the charm or weirdness. I highly recommend this.

That's good news for me, because I've never been able to get the PC version to run at all.  I've tried everything suggested on the gog.com forums about how to make the goddamn game work and I get nothin'

I assume you're referring to Arma II, but remember, Arma II is best known for the DayZ mod. I'm assuming that's why it's on there.

There's something wrong with the Steam sale list right now. There's a lot more games that are on sale but aren't showing up. Probably give Valve awhile to fix it.
