No-install "Web" apps on mobile devices were working perfectly via Flash before Google decided to shamefully mimic Apple and cut Flash support on Android devices.  Power users can work around it, but it's not even on the Play store.

Pure politics, and users got the shaft.  Though the real shame is that most "Web" apps are Flash instead of Java...  But pretending otherwise and arbitrarily denying them to mobile users is sad.

I don't mind, flash is garbage even on PC and at this point is useless with more push towards HTML5 and Javascript. I still operate Flash 10.1 on my tablet but heres the thing, its still garbage. With Android's huge audio lag, theres no point in playing any video swfs or sorts cause that depended on either developers to code for the delay or Adobe to hopefully swoop in with an update that never happened. Google may stomped them out but still loads better than Apple's locked environment.

Hell at least with browser they can give you Apple games without dealing with the App Store bullshit.

Have you guys tried the Photon browser? It does OK with flash stuff, although it's got a funky way of doing things.

I got a code from the X-COM giveaway, and it redeemed and is installing without problems.
I did visit and vote from the UK site, so that may have something to do with it.

So, did anyone who picked up the free xcom also get the 80% off code for Enemy Within?

I finally got around to redeeming and installing it, and played through the tutorial to get the "And so it begins" achievement.  This should have unlocked the coupon, but maybe I waited too long?  Or maybe it will take them some time to process it and get it to me?

Also, Chrome keeps every browser tab sandboxed, and its sandbox implementation sounds pretty good, so I'm perfectly happy running Chrome, although I also have HTTP Switchboard installed with scripts and plugins disabled by default, JUST IN CASE. Also because disabling javascript and shit cuts down on all the clutter on webpages.
