I think multiwinia has more mod addons. I could be wrong. Pretty sure it's expanded in more than just multiplayer.

Multiwinia is not at all like darwinia. It has in common a similar graphic design but the gameplay is entirely different. Darwinia is about directly controlling units to help the darwinians fight the virus, progressing your technology over several maps while accomplishing goals.

Multiwinia is about directly controlling the darwinians to collect powerups and generally blow the shit out of each other in a boardgame-esque multiplayer brawl during which alien invaders and other crazy shit can happen.

I do find multiwinia to be hilarious as it kind of goes entirely against the themes of Darwinia in which.. the Darwinians were a form of artificial life and through the game you see that they are actually fully sentient and capable of invention.

Having a too new computer is quite annoying. So many games I can't play.

I can't get any of the Mechwarrior series to work. None of the Mechcommanders. I have a ridiculously hard time getting Wing Commander to work. Etc.

Makes me want to dual boot Windows XP.

Just buy an old computer on ebay, it not only is often almost free but it may also avoid things like addon card and peripheral incompatibility.

Also, is prison architect worth the money yet?

Prison Architect is worth the money. Dual booting is also worth the money. Just don't put MacOS on a Windows/Linux machine. You might end up in prison. The guards have tazers.

It's a new-ish gaming PC. The problem is that BF2 seems to have a variety of things that can cause crashes on new systems such as the Steam overlay, certain sound devices, certain video cards, a Windows update from late 2012, and dodgy configuration files. I spent most of yesterday trying and failing to get it working.

I miss playing AIX with 200 bots.

Fair enough, I never played except through....the installation disks. That's how long it's been I do remember it took like an hour and a half to patch to the latest version though.

Also PA is totally worth the money.
