I know very little about Wolfire games, but they sound like a cool people. Was just about to post the deal on Receiver. Never played it, but saw one "preview" video and the concept sounded quite cool. But I plan on buying Overgrowth someday so I keep skipping the deals on Receiver.

First time I hear about "Low-Light Combat" though...

Long Live the Queen is on GoG for $4.

The basic setup is vaguely reminiscent of Princess Maker, if you're familiar with the tale of Lizzie Shinkicker. It is unfortunately more of a visual novel than an RPG; events are branching but preset, meaning if you play the game making the exact same decisions you'll get the exact same results. Both are fairly elaborate, though, so there should be quite a bit of room before you run the game down.

You also die. A lot. Being a queen is hard!

I have a Let's Play of it in Play With Your Buddies, if you want examples. Do note that it's a lot quicker to play than to Let's Play, so what's up there at the time of this writing probably doesn't represent a whole lot of actual in-game time.

Looks can be deceiving, it's actually quite fun!
