They can also negotiate Steam keys from the publishers themselves or other wholesale resellers not available to the general public.

It's more this as they're also selling pre-order keys. Stick of Truth, for example, is way cheaper than directly from Steam.

Is it legal though? I'm always worried about that...

I'm certain it is, I've been buying from sites like the one I linked to for years. You're paying for a cd-key, which is sent to you via email (usually in picture form). I'm almost certain they're bought in bulk directly from the developers or a wholesaler as the pictures are usually of the code after having a panel scratched off to reveal it.

Apparently Steam has tags for games now.  There is even a Procedural Death Labyrinth tag.  :D

Airport Simulator 2014 is apparently tagged as a procedural death labyrinth, which is hilarious.

I can't think of any greater procedural death labyrinth than an airport.

Also, that's a fantastic genre name.

Oh Valve, you so silly.

That's just awesome.

Except for United Offensive. Say what you will about the recent CoD games, UO brings back fond memories of my childhood, back when every other server was people goofing around with mods, racing jeeps, or roleplaying. It was an expansion pack that actually significantly expanded the base game rather than adding silly hats or new coloured coats to a few character models.

When asked what happens when you are then shot in the other eye, he said that you put an eyepatch on that eye. When asked how you'd be able to see, he said that your first eye would have healed by then.
