Endless Space is a combination of very simple gameplay, very complicated tech trees, and abusive AI that cheat out of their arse the moment you put the difficulty higher than normal.

I'm dying to get metro last light, but am hoping it will come down more.  What do you guys think, could I save more money on it or am I just wasting precious gaming time by waiting?

Personally i'd grab stalker instead... if only they weren't so expensive on steam in the first place.
(I was lucky and found CoP for more or less 3$ in a bargain bin.)

It has (the entire series to be honest) similar atmosphere, far more open world, no DLC BS and several cool mods.


And if you really want to play Metro then i doubt you will get a better offer since it's relatively new... but Farcry 3 got a 75% discount so you'll never know.

I'm pretty sure it's had one or two 66% discounts in previous sales, so may well be worth waiting.

Dawn of war 2: retribution is on a flash sale right now, well worth 3$ imo. And its a standalone addon, so you don't need anything else.

Unless the whole STALKER series is on super-duper sale, skip Clear Sky. It was by far the weakest entry in the series. You can always grab it on another sale if you decide you can't get enough of the Zone, but it's only worth it if you're really rabid over the whole thing.

Clear Sky is quite buggy, my save files tend to get corrupted. It's interesting really only because it includes a number of areas that were left out of the first game as well as a few other concepts.

Is there a mod that imports the areas from Clear Sky into Shadow of Chernobyl?

Are any of the original dawn of war expansions worth getting? If so which one would be best?  I only have enough for one. 
And it's cheaper to get the original plus winter assualt.  Winter Assualt by itself cost twice as much.

In my opinion Dark Crusade would be the best expansion to get.
