there's one puzzle involving spiders and an elevator that's positively brutal.

Ye gods, don't mention that part. That was more hell than Overlord 1's entire expansion, which is set in Hell.
Fun fact: during the Zero Punctuation review of Overlord 2, Yahtzee specifically called out that damnable puzzle as the thing that made him stop playing. At the time, I too had stopped playing the game... for the exact same reason.  >:(

(Tip: It's a lot easier if you rally all your Greens, then recall only one of them. You can then sweep with only a single minion, which feels more responsive. As an added bonus, you don't lose all your elite Greens when you almost finish a section, fail at the last moment, and your sweepers plummet off the wall and die on impact with the floor. I really wish I'd figured this out the first time I tried it! It also might be easier with a controller/analog stick, which is what the silly Sweep mechanic was designed for in the first place.)

You are such a quitter, I managed to finish the elevator thing after my.. uhm.. 11-20th try? :p

On a related note; Bought the overlord pack!
Another game(s) to strike from the list of games I once lost!

I considered buying XCOM, but I am saving some of that money.. ..So by the time I get the game.. It might not be as popular anymore. :/

Also, FEZ is on sale for $7.504.99 USD. Definitely awesome, it's so much deeper than what I thought, and there's plenty of great dimensional platforming puzzles, collectibles, places to explore, charming atmosphere, and ohmagurd it's just so cool. Definitely worth it if anyone's interested, and at half price it's a decent amount for supporting the dev. Good platforming fun.

Barring random price fixing for various regions of the US, I picked it up about half an hour ago for less than that.

Huh. I could've sworn it said 7.50. Weird. Anyway. It's on sale, saves a couple bucks either way. Woop.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Spawn SCPs to chase you down, spawn a T-Rex and watch it get destroyed by a flock of chickens, replay Half-Life (2) levels and make them a bit odder than their architecture (Freeman's Mind provides good commentary about that)... the list goes on.

Multiplayer games are arguably the biggest part of Garry's Mod. Trouble in Terrorist Town (TTT) is always a good place to start.
Also, building vehicles.

I have a copy of Civ 4 (not 5). I don't know why.

If anyone would like it, let me know.

My current goal is to wait for Magicka to go on a super sale (more then its 50%) and to buy it for friends who would like to play it with me.
*cough* It's 75% off now.

I just spent some money on a recent sale, and got some of those new fangdangled trading cards! Maybe I'll be able to make my badge by the end of...

...Seriously, Valve?

I'd wait until a bit after the summer sale and put them at the market place if I were you.

Can you even make the badge after the Summer Sale ends?
