How? Because you can sell them? Anyway, there's already a thread.
Kinetic Void is 50% off, looks neat but I only buy early access if someone claims that they haven't slept because of it.
X3 and its expansions(?) are on sale. It that worth buying, I remember X2 having some problems including derpy AI.

If thats true then this thread would be flooded with useless crap. Community market is a niche itself and i don't want it to be mixed up with this one which focus on games that people want to buy cheap. Its not the Steam general thread, its not the Steam community thread, its the Steam sales thread.

Because you can earn the cards by buying certain games (I think... I think you just have to play them)

For example the Boarderlands 2 sale is a good way to also get a few cards.

"Hey is it worth buying Boarderlands 2 just for the steam cards?"
"No, the Steam cards are not worth it"

And that is the scope of the Entirely 100% on topic steam card discussion. Just because you don't like Steam cards it doesn't mean they are off topic.

In fact, people should be bringing up anytime a sale includes a game that has Steam Cards.

Steam always seems to have the 10% pre-purchase essentially making it a pre-order.

My suggestion as always is that the best bet is to wait until the reviews come in and buy it then. If you take that 10% off and it turns out badly, you only have yourself to blame.

Though Shadowrun seems like one of the safer bets. The worst it can be is boring and stale and frankly given some of the other day 1 releases (SOTS 2) there is much worse.

Yet i have not seen anyone asking such a absurd question around here.
I will say one more time, this is the steam SALES thread, not the TRADING CARD thread. IF you ask if it comes with cards, sure. IF you are going to bitch about them (which you were doing), GTFO.

I REALLY got to make sure I get money in before the summer sale.

It is the only way I am going to get some of the games I really want on sale.

RPGMaker VX for example never EVER goes on sale because it is designated as "software" (It went on sale twice ever! and one time was only for an hour)

It has been on my wishlist for a year now.
