There's a Mechwarrior mod plenty worthy of getting Crysis for.

To be clear you need Crysis Warhead to play Living Legends.  Well worth the $5.00 for any mechwarrior fan.

Is it hardpoint (AKA Microsoft FASA) rules or pre-deathknell Mechwarrior?

Details on the mod are here.  They use pre-built variants, not weapon hardpoints.

I've had no problems running any of the Crysis games on Windows 7 64-bit.

Ah, the major fun part of Mechwarrior for me was building my mech and seeing how it performed... being pre-made just killed my will to try it.

You do get to also use the tanks and planes and other things in the mechwarrior universe though.

So, I'm sure everyone already has it, but I finally got around to applying the 75% off Portal 2 coupon that I received from someone on here. and now that I own the game, I have a coupon of my own to give away if anyone wants it. It's only valid for another week, so just pm if interested.

Pretty much. At this point, the existing Portal games have more promotional value for attracting people to Steam than they do actual revenue left.

It's a decent old real time strategy game. Probably worth a look, specially at 66% off.

I really love Kohan. Specially the first one (the second one introduced a limitation of predetermined foundable city locations). IMO it's better than most typical RTS because you control squads/armies instead of individual troops, and they "resupply" whenever they're in range of your bases. (an army is composed of 4 frontline troops (usually melee), 2 flank troops (usually archers), 2 support (usually mage/healer) and one leader. The leader can be one of the "Heroes" that gain levels or a generic one.

Then cities aren't built as much as upgraded. You have a number of slots you can fill (like, Blacksmith, whatever). And I think resources are handled differently... rather than mining, you have resource buildings that give you a positive (a temple or wizard tower for example increases the magic resource). Every troop you have gives you a negative, whether wood, metal, magic crystals, whatever. If you have a surplus of stuff, your gold grows. If your average is negative, your gold decreases.

It's pretty nice.

OH **** THE **** YES

(Sergius described it well, it has a unique but forgiving resource "flow" system, and a regiment system that feels much more natural than block-selecting all your individuals to attack move their individuals.  Pretty sweet story, too, you lead a bunch of immortals waking up in a new age I think)
