Anyone got anything good or bad to say about Dungeons? I know it's not really the dungeon keeper remake/seuel that many were wanting it to be but is it decent in it's own right? At 66% off I'm considering getting it at the end of the sale if it hasn't popped up on a flash or daily sale.
it is a theme park sim that is attempting to pretend to be a dungeon keeper. Your attractions are called Gimmicks. (No, really.)

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

This bullshit regional pricing means Skyrim is sold at $45 in Australia even after 50%  discount. Skipping.

Not going to bitch about price regions again. I'm sure you can go back to any page and see me bitching.

Seriously? You pay $90 for Modern Warfare 2? And $50 for Modern Warfare? Google is telling me this AUD aren't that far off from USD, so jesus christ that sucks.

I guess the extra pricing comes from all the extra work with the censorship people have to do to be able to publish games in that region. Australia really is life in hardmode.

It's less than you think. We also have an R18+ rating now so that's not a problem.  The Call of Duty games were not censored in anyway.

In general, to my knowledge, everything is priced higher in Australia than in the US. From food to clothes (most of which are made in China) to books to video games. Milk is damn cheap, though. Please note "pricing" here refers to cost to total income ratio, not just the dollar amount per se.

Cost of living doesn't have an affect on digital products though.

Fixed that. And unfortunately it does.

Would anyone say that Call of Pripyat worth the sale price? I am tempted by it.

Civ V is on sale. Is it any good?

I'm still too used to the classic and Civ 2 games, and not too keen about III and IV (which I also have).

I like it, but it's obviously closer to 4 than 2.

EDIT: Also The Witcher and II are on flash sale. Hm...

I really like it. About 35% of my total Steam playtime is on Civ IV and V with slightly more on V. Waiting for a specific daily sale though as hopefully/theoretically that will include Gods and Kings, which is what I'm really looking for...

Although if you didn't already have Civ IV, the pack is really worth it. Might even be just with all the Civ V DLC. Perhaps try the demo first? That's what convinced me on Warlock: Master of the Arcane. Although with the size of Civ you may or may not be able to get it before the flash sale ends.
