I just noticed that the Dejobaan complete pack* is only $8.00. Not a bad deal, considering two of them alone, even with the sale is going on, would break that.

*Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, a base jumping game (Three different ones, but I think one is the culmination of the other two); Drop that Beat Like an Ugly Baby, a dropping through an environment created by your own music game; and the Wonderful End of the World, a game of collecting small things until you can collect big things.

I'm having a hard time convincing myself not to impulse buy some of these things. Argh.

Binding of Isaac and Jamestown look great, too.

Jamestown is worth it if for no other reason than the fact that you can watch British Redcoats blasting at Martians from flying interplanetary 18th-century galleons.

I'm wondering if the current raft of 75% and 50% discounts is going to be the summer sale for this year, as there seem to have been a lot more than normal over the past few days.

I randomly have a 50% off King Arthur II coupon.

Someone can have the coupon. In case someone was going to buy that.

No, this is the Because We May sale, which is basically a bunch of indie developers across several platforms (Steam, Mac, iOS, Android, and others) celebrating the fact that said platforms allow the developers to price it however they want. Thus, they're putting the stuff on sale because they can.

Binding of Isaac
I would recommend getting this. I've played for 129 hours so far, and am still playing it. I'm sure not everyone will enjoy it that much, but for $2, I don't see how it can't be worth it.

How good are the Jamestown soundtrack and DLC? Worth the additional money for the pack vs. just the game?

I'm a sucker for soundtracks, and you can get the soundtrack, the game, and the DLC for $7.49 right now, as opposed to getting them separately for about $13 ($17 without the sale). If you just got the game and the DLC without the soundtrack, it'd be $7, so it depends on if a soundtrack is worth an extra fifty cents, and the DLC an extra $2.

I haven't actually had the chance to play it yet, though.

The music is pretty cool, if you like this type of thing.
The DLC I have no idea. It adds four new ships to play with.

Well, I now have two game soundtracks thanks to this sale. Frozen Synapse and Jamestown. Plus both actual games, the Jamestown DLC, and Braid.

The Jamestown DLC is super fun. Gunpowder annihilates whatever is in front of you and Ghost is just too nuts for words.

+1 for the Ghost. Sword + spirit ship = dead boss in no time. Plus, a lot of the ships give their "special" bonus if you blast away all their auxiliary turrets before destroying the main ship; the Ghost sword is perfect for this, since it's easy to aim and can't be blocked.

Gunpowder's also cool - it's comparable to a Bomber that can store up 3 shots instead of just 1. Treason's kind of 'meh', and Fortune is great for messing about, but mostly useless for actual gameplay. (There's a reason the DLC description states three new ships, not four - it's because many people would consider calling Fortune a 'new ship' to be an insult to their intelligence.  :P )
