Cripes im back on and steam is under a shit ton of 503 errors, so much for sales.

Should I get all 3 Mount & blade title for $12.49 or the complete paradox pack for $74.99 (90% off)? Don't know exactly how many of the other 101 games/expansions are worthwhile.

I also have a question about gifting for anyone who does it: Does the recieving client need to have purchases a game before receiving gifts? or is that just for accessing the steam community?

I believe all the reciever needs is Steam. Doesn't need to have bought anything yet.

Yes, you can even make a gift to someone who doesn't have a steam account by sending it to their email which will give them a link that will prompt them to install steam and create an account.

No, they do not. I did this for someone SO THAT they could access the community. Worked flawlessly.

You don't need DLC. Half of it is texture-swaps and over-powered weapons, while there are only a couple extra side missions that will probably not affect the plot too much.
