No, not like that. You know how after downloading a game on Steam, you have to things like the DirectX plugins when you launch it for the first time? That's what I mean.

The sales are putting an obnoxious amount of stress on the Steam servers.  I'd wait a little while and then try again.

For adding friends: Has to be your username, not your display name, not your profile name (which is the URL).
What you log in with.  Or your email.  Nothing else.

that is correct and there is often some delay when adding friends, so the easiest way to gift is through email

It's great, really awesome blend of FPS and tower defense. Does need more guns in my opinion though. If you want, there's a video of Totalbiscuit playing with 2 of the game's devs and a friend of his. That's what got me to buy it =D

Hemmingjay, I'll pay you back however you want payed back, 15$ in money or games considering you're so nice.
Because 10.19 is pointless to pay back, hell if I am not shorted on my paycheck I'll probably go for 20$ or more.

Command & Conquer question, since I can get all of the parts I want for ~$18.
Can you mod the Steam versions of Tiberium Wars/Kane's Wrath, or RA3/RA3:Uprising? (I don't care if you think RA3 is crap, its fun to me.)

Sanctum sounds interesting.

I'd forgotten about Generals...is it on sale as well?
Tib Sun refuses to work consistently for me, though :(

No idea, my C&C games are all original discs from release, I did a quick steam store search and neither are on steam.
