Read a bit about it. Word on the street is it's funny for a bit but gets repetitive. Insanely funny premise though :P

Get VtM:B if you like Deus Ex-style FPP/TPP RPGs and/or old World of Darkness. Due to its rather rocky development, you might want a community patch to fix some rough spots, but nonetheless is a lot of horror-y fun.

No, you 100% want the community patch. Trust me - the game flips between 'buggy' and 'unfinished' without it.

That said, with a patch it's an excellent classic RPG, and I strongly recommend it. Just remember that you need the patch, and all is good.  :)

This UFO: Aftermath game I picked up is actually kinda fun. X-Com clone, kinda... right down to the clunky controls. :P

Kikoskia did an LP of that game. I'd say it has clunkier controls than X-Com, but only because its real-time with pause (many many many pauses unless you turn them off) instead of turn-based.

I love UFO: Aftermath. Been a while since I played it though, and never finished it in the first place, but had quite some memorable moments playing it. You gals/guys get it, it's a cool game.

UFO was a trilogy i think. Aftermath, Aftershock and Afterlight i have the first 2 and got kinda far in the first one... altho never managed to really complete any of them.

Also i woulnd not suggest UFO alien Invasion. I find it clunky and the best thing about it is the aerial combat that takes place IN the geosphere view instead of a different window plus it has groud based defenses that fire at the UFOs so you can lure the larger more aggresive UFOs into "traps".
Quite honestly i don't like the original X-Coms way of handling air combat and i find the combat in Xenonauts and AI the best among UFO wannabees.

...What.

I like the reviews on steam for this. And game wise it seems like a very light hearted kind of game.

It is fun (they fixed a few things up). Though it still seems to have the same issue where with some classes you are at the mercy of the random numbers god... or where some enemies negate your specific heroes ability.

I also like that the fixed up some of the items since the demo so adding more of them actually gives different or additional affects.

Game is definitely worth 4 dollars.

---

Ohh nevermind... an Unwinnable situation appeared. Which always makes me deduct 1 point from the game.

So the game MIGHT be worth 4 dollars now... depending if you can handle its gamebreaking bugs.
