Speaking of alcohol! Napoleon Total war is $9.99 you know, for the people who are interested in it and haven't moved on to shogun: fall of the samurai yet.

I liked the art style of that one a lot better than the current ones, maybe that's just me?

I wouldn't really know. I'm just stuck because A) Can't play the newer games in the series and B) Still haven't beaten TW:MII

I've moved on, although I've beaten none of them. That makes me feel slightly guilty.  :-\

Is the summer sale usually at a certain time of year? If so, when?

1) Beer's expensive.  Now a bottle of vodka/rum/whatever is $10 american (it's not good vodka/rum/whatever), and has the alcohol content of a small keg of beer.

Belgium.

No need for import FTW!

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

It is usually near the end of june so a bit under 2 weeks. You can frequently tell it is coming by many games getting undocumented small patches to insert triggers/achievements for whatever concurrent event runs at the same time.

Ok. Cool, it won't be while I'm in Italy, which was the main thing I was worried about.

Worlds of Ultima is free on GoG.

Weird, I just made my GoG account and I got a bunch of free games already in my "collection", including WoU. Are those permanent or they go away if the game is no longer free... or are they free forever from now on? Don't know if it's just a "sale" like Steam.

You always get those (Tyrian 2000, Teen Agent, Temptress, Beneath a Steel Sky, Dragonsphere). These may or may not be limited-time things.
