Just for kicks, Postal 2 is on sale for the week for only 99 cents with the expansion pack Paradise Lost at $5.19

Postal 2 is about a normal guy living in a small town doing chores for a week. This includes picking up milk, dropping off late books at the library, and and your weekly confessions.

It's a hilarious game in a juveline sort of way, but I found the gameplay (even in my tender young age) to be somewhat lacking. As an FPS it's very bleh.

But for a dollar? If you can stomach the childlike R-rating, it's guaranteed to entertain you at least that much.

If you're interested in it, there's a lot of emergent behaviours that come about because of the way the AI is done. For example, a police officer shooting up a room full of cats because they are the only possible perpetrators of a reported crime in the area.

Ecept for one gun, actually. The sawn off is astounding powerful, but the weapons are hardly balanced.

I got 8 hours out of it. I don't think I'll likely play it again, but for £1.50 or whatever I paid I'd say it was worthwhile.

I don't know if it was something that Amazon itself did, something that widget manufacturers did, or something that third-party sellers did, so I'm going to refrain from guessing. The things I saw weren't in the gaming section anyway, though there very well might be a few examples.
