Thats how I get alot of juice in nightmare mode, didn't get arrested by police either.

Ok my turn, looking at our squad we have people with high persuasion but no juice to recruit. We also don't have many sleepers, only two judges. So my plan is to recruit people with a high seduction and have them recruit police officer and other important sleepers easily.

Well then there is no need to hurry :)

So use Yannanths tactic, but instead of raising weapon skill - which is easy - hold the "S" button to quickly cap dodge thanks to the harmless mutants. Invaluable help later on.
