I'm guessing he just wants them collected so he doesn't have to, maybe to get people to clean them up a little too.

I would still like to know if it's alright to bump my stats up closer to most of the other players' stats, or even Micelus', and by how much. As before, I have a net of -11 stat points relative to most players, and -8 relative to Micelus.

Imagine a cool peice of sky-blue and milk-white marble about 3cm by 2cm and by 0.5cm, containing a tiny 2mm malacolite crystal. Now imagine the miles of metamorphic rock it's embedded in that no pick or chisel will ever touch. Then, imagine that those miles will melt back into their mantle long before any telescope even refracts an image of their planet. The watchers will be so excited to have that image too.

Firelordsky- did i ever mention what the Avatar abilities were somewhere? what they did in particular?

you dont get any more attribute points because it balances out all your other abilities. Also there is a potential problem with your -symmetry- ability, mostly that it requires to much upkeep for me and record keeping, i dont think i can keep track of that.

Note: some beds were unlabeled so i mightve messed those up and made then into wooden ones.
Furniture is being kept track of by room now, i think its work out better that way. Not all rooms are defined, so im not saying those vampire coffins dont exist somewhere(like on the river island)
If you can prove ive made an inventory mistake, ill fix it. if you cant prove it then a wizard did it.
You cant equip too many things, if you are carrying a bow and 50 arrows and a greatsword and a potion, well then if i notice in combat then you will not be ableto shoot your bow, unless you have a quiver and a potion bandoleer or satchel at least. so scabbards might be worth making just saying as an example.

I can tell you where my coffin is.

Its behind the waterfall in the old Beetle Den. (I plan to make the cave a heavily fortified base.)

I think the Avatars abilities were something like Soulsiphon and Soullink.

The movement part can just be like terrain penalties/bonuses, with normal uneven caves—1/3 walking speed, carved cave—2/3 walking speed, well carved & smoothed cave—1.5 walking speed, and greater speeds would only come from diamond-shaped tunnels or especially exact smoothing/craftsitship. Then, regeneration based on where the 'hedron spent most of the day or each shift of the day (so respectively, 1/2hp per day, 1hp per day, 2hp day, then 3hp for a special alcove [proper sleeping arrangements]).
If such is still too complicated or changes too often, I guess any bonuses can be limited to things made for the purpose, although it's not very interesting at that point.

IT LIVES! Well if I can get in on this as it comes back, here's my most recent character. If I recall correctly, I hadn't actually appeared yet though, so could I be on the waiting list?

Nivm you mentioned somethign about stats. They are actually on a scale that is 10=human average, the +/-'s to the stats are relative to a human, they could go all the way to 0's for say, a brain in a jar. who would have only some of the mental stats. i dont know if that helps because i forgot what you said.
(How?) My character's stats penalties and bonuses add up to -1 ([10 points distributed]-[11 in racial stat penalties); eariler you had commended this with "[...]SO im glad you didnt overbuff your attributes", but it seems kinda steep, relative to the normal net 10, or 7 for Micelus. I wanted to get your estimate as to how much net-penalty is needed to balance out the net-gain of my strange ability set, and possibly add a few points accordingly.
Also, I expected you'd grab the "third post" I'd typed up since it saves you work updating, but now I'm wondering what I did wrong...Update it again for everyone who is getting in right now?

PS: slimed? huh? theres only one person i remember sliming. Sly got puked on once...
Yep, then got bedrest and came down with some affliction. I guess the affliction is to explain why he hasn't made any actions, but in-universe it seems likely we'll discover a mass of acidic green slime oozing from Sly's bed fairly soon.

oops a tottaly missed this post.
you ask "How"

ACerderak the lich will come in next. Maybe ill update the front page someday

Firelordsky: soul link-you and the nominated target share the same health pool. if you get hurt so does your target, if your target is hurt so do you. takes your turn to activate.
Soul Siphon- Whenever you deal a major wound to somebody, you regain some health.
third ability: everyone else gets 3 abilities but i never made one for you so you get to choose and i will OK it.

answer to Zako's question.... roughly 12 more seconds, but micelus will get there faster about 7 seconds.

i will be making a map of the battlefield.
