Sometimes he writes "Stream up in a few!" and dissappears for 3 hours. Or was it 2?

That's him and his friend's event, he never said they would stream that.
He said depending on when people came over he might not have time to stream tonight.

Fix'd, seriously they might be alright most of the time, I don't know, but whenever the stream comes on the demon in Sluggo and the hipster-activist in roommate seems to rear their heads.

I think you misunderstand quite a bit, besides he doesn't HAS to wrangle any friends, him just streaming all by him one and self often goes better imo, Sluggo has the habit of making a ruckus :b
