Could you just list the parts instead of that whole mess? I can hardly read that, and you have to login to read that link.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Edited the earlier version... didn't check back after I pasted it to see how horrible it looked. Sorry!

I hope so. I've had a few people look it over and they seem to think it will be OK. Of course, you might see something they missed...

So, looking to stream something soonish. I have a few ideas, but wanted to propose a few things you all could get in on as well... namely the Fall From Heaven: Master of Mana mod, for CivIV

If we make it a Multiplayer thing, those of you who want to play along, and who have CivIV Beyond the Sword installed, can snag This, and then This to play. If you don't have CivIV BTS, I could probably loan you my disk if you sent me a PM.

If not a MP thing now, I could always just demo it for you guys; I'm not sure if I shared this specific version of FFH, but it introduces a lot of fun new mechanics, a more robust/interesting land-development system, and features clever AI, more events and dungeons, reworked promotions and tech tree, etc. Overall, pretty good stuff!

As usual, if you're interested, drop a line here. We'll be getting going as soon as we get enough folks together, or in a few hours, whichever comes first.

Edit: What about patch 1.42?

Master of Mana deviates even farther from CivIV than FFH2 or Orbis does. In addition to managing resource nodes as before, you now gather resource stocks as well, such as metal, herbs, or wood; these are produced by various improvements, and used in manufacturing equipment, rushing production, etc. The tech tree is more linear, but there are multiple separate trees for schools of magic, new region or world-affecting spells that are not unit-cast, but cast by your entire Civ, and other pretty sweeping changes to the empire-building mechanics. Combat and such remains much the same, though unit promotion is a bit more RPG-like now, with heroes gaining specialties that drastically can change their utility.

I'll probably put up the stream to demo it in a bit. Also, link to Patch 1.42? We can use that, I think.

EDIT: Here you go. Updated the earlier post as well.

A demo could be neat, though who will we be? Are we going to be Epic Beard Guy again, or someone else?

Epic Beard Buy is now a hero who his people start with. If you keep him alive, and do the right rituals, he can ascend into Epic Beard God.

I am not kidding.

Well unless someone wants to have the demo as a different group, I say we go with Epic Beard Guy.

I was just in a mood for some MoM. I'd be up for a MP match, providing it takes place(i.e.start to finish) during this weekend.

I tend to run long on these games, so I don't think I could get through to the end in one weekend.

Anyways, going live with some shenanigans while folks gather, and going to be starting up FFH-MoM after that. Still open to MP, but having some difficulties hosting on this compy as per usual... so it might be Single Player by default.
