On a totally unrelated note. Are you still checking out N@W Soli? Because your Mighty Yurt has all of stuffs around it.
The Mighty Yurt is Mighty. It's understandable that it inspired herds of Mighty Draft Animals to take up residence near it.

In other news, Elder Scrolls Risk was fun. Projeck lead Skyrim to break Morrowind, conquer Blackmarsh, shatter the Empire, and finally capture Summerset Isle. Next time, we're trying it with the Fog of War option, methinks, for even more fun!

For now, we're going to try the afforementioned multiplayer Capture the Flag game with the labyrinth. Catch you on the stream!

The Isle offered peace to the Nords. But the Nords had too many arrows in thier ears to listen.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Tonight was good though in CTF Minecraft I twisted the spawn house rules enough to make new ones. Now you can't spawn mobs or in anyway affect the inside of it and you can't in anyway make it hard for them to leave the spawn house. That last one was because I tried to make a moat around the door. Lots of fun though the number of mob eggs you will be able to get in the future will probably be limited as they will fix the end of the world area at the top of the waterfalls so that you can't get to the tasty stacks of 16 eggs of each of skeletons, zombies, and most important creepers that was on both sides.
The game of Warlight on the fire and ice map was also fun though I started out basically losing. In the end though I managed to win it because I just stacked everything I had in one stack so once the north was broken I was able to steam roll in and take all that wonderful land up there.

That's why I try to always put a date on the OP announcements, just in case we go too late for me to be arsed with end-of-stream logistics.

Anyway, I'm busy for most of today, but if folks want to organize Transformice or whatnot, feel free to use the thread/stream chat to organize things.

The CTF game was definitely fun - though we should aim for a better server next time to be able to play through with 6 or 8 actual players (and only 1 observer)!

If it had not been for the lag I would have recorded it from my view. My problem is that I always try to record at 720 and the odd window size makes Minecraft run a little slow and that plus lag equals bad times for me.

I'll have to heavily edit the CTF video for Youtube. I want to trim some of the downtime, and also the bits where Skype popped up on the screen. In addition to the above, my wishlist for giving it another go would be:

1) Using a mod to make the Observer invisible.
2) Fixing the mob spawn traps so they can't be robbed; tripwires might be nice for hiding them as well.
3) Getting to play. :P

Ah but I liked being able to grab 32 of each skele, zombie, and creeper eggs ;)

Edit: Just a thought, while creeper eggs should not be something players can get zombie and skeleton eggs would be a neat thing to find in the labyrinth. They provide an interesting tool and would allow a team to create their own traps with self made dispensers. Also just using the eggs is not some kind of instant support as the person using them is likely the closest to the spawned monster so it will probably aggro on the user. The only reason I was able to use them so effectively was that the places where the wool was kept was surrounded by a fence so I could just spawn them inside the area. That and the fact that when I used creepers I was doing more of a suicide run trying to break the fence so it was easier to get into the wool.

The spawners INSIDE the labyrinth were designed so as not to be reachable - though a FEW could be (intentionally) robbed for a handful of mob eggs. The BULK of those eggs that got into circulation were from the massive mob dispenser at the top of the waterfall - which was clearly marked as off limits admin only but someone got up there and took them anyway. It was supposed to be part of the End of Days at the end...

It was well protected but enclosed behind a sticky piston door with stone (since they can't push obsidian or bedrock). I guess in the future we'll have to more clearly mark the area as way the hell off limits...
