I then searched The Expedition leader and found out that he absolutley detests flies. This happen to anyone else? I guess Mr.Engraver must of been mad or something.

No, that would just be Toady One being the dick.  One of the possible things for dwarves to create artwork of is another dwarf's greatest fears.  Don't ask me why he programmed it that way, but it's a pretty interesting feature.

It's even better when it's something funny, like bees, or giant cave spiders.

From what I gather, if an engraver doesn't like someone, he will be more likely to engrave that person's room with things that the object of his dislike, doesn't like.

Not that person's room, but rooms in general.  They don't know where they're engraving, just that they are, and that they don't like someone.

Yes, the engravers/statue makers seem to be satirists. After all, what's more funny than a group of relatively harmless vermin surrounding your valiant expedition leader and sending him into the deepest abysses of fear ? Especially if he is a valiant miner/soldier ?

Now embark as goblins, mod trolls so they can engrave and make statues and see what they come up with

This is a masterful engraving of Goblin McMayor in stone. Goblin McMayor is surrounded by axedwarves. Goblin McMayor is terrified.

I don't really know what goblins are afraid of.

This is a masterful engraving of a kobold and a baby.  The kobold is starving.  The image relates to the abduction of Urist McBaby in the year 4.

Ah good, based off the title I was worried that some dwarves had starting engraving goatse on the walls or something.

This is an exceptional tattoo of dwarves on Urist McBadass' left upper arm. The dwarf is tattooing an image into the dwarf's left upper arm. This relates to that time Urist McDyer carved an image into Urist McBadass' left upper arm with a rusty knife and some dye.

This is a fine tattoo of a goblin saying on Urist McPoser's right lower arm. The goblin saying totally doesn't mean what he thinks it means. The dwarf is laughing.

I once had an engraver make one of himself surrounded by oysters. Why he would draw himself surrounded by the thing he is most terrified of I don't know. I like to think it was something kinky but that's just me. <_<  >_>  <_<

All the engravings in my fort seem to be of elves killing/mutilating dwarves.
Ive never had a battle with the elves, it looks like the engravings refer to old battles in history, but they are OBSESSED with engraving elves in victorious poses over dwarves. (The artwork relates to the tearing of Urist McFailure's left ear by Elfy Treemolester etc etc...)
No wonder all my dorfs are tantruming
