Cancel air pressure.  His blood boils off and he pukes out his lungs.

Cancel time.  He disappears and is never seen again, trapped for eternity in the moment he used the ability.

Cancel Book of Weeaboo Fightan Magic.  He rolls up a new character and has to use baby peasant array and non-elite HP.  If he still does well I let him go, he's earned it.

My favorite is still the manipul8 form counter Vanigo mentioned earlier in the thread.  You make Ptptititipip turn you into a god and he just says "nope.avi" and sets all your stats to one.

The other thing that should have happened? 800 angry minions out for his blood a few days later, all of whom have the Aleax's singular enemy ability:
Quote
Singular Enemy (Ex): Although the aleax is visible to all, only its intended victim can harm it. Attacks made by other creatures are rebuffed, dealing no damage and hindering the aleax in no way.
Oh, and he's not the 'intended victim'. The 'intended victim' is some random farmer on another continent who probably had a really bad day yesterday.

Book of Exalted Deeds. It's not so bad on the aleax, because they're created by angry gods out to punish one of their worshipers, and they single-mindedly pursue that person to the exclusion of all else. On anything else it's broken as fuck. Another excellent reason not to allow anything remotely like Manipulate Form!

Awww... A construct. Looks like they were covering their necromantic bases on that one.

Atomicdremora, you forgot to assign your monk skills. Please fix?

And you all are not being nearly creative enough with Iron Heart Surge. Surge your way out of the Fourth Axiom of Ordered Geometry FTW.

A fair warning to RTY, If you start screwing up the campaign by being stupidly overpowered I WILL bust out a NEUTRONIUM GOLEM.

You have been warned
