This is a forum wargame using ASCII. I'm drawing in Excel.
This is the second part of the campaign. It's a free-for-all. Alliances are allowed.
The map will be on tomorrow.
Rules: - You have $10000 to use on troops.
- *You get funds of $100/turn.
- *You may invest in funds in increments of +$10. (To upgrade to $110/turn, you pay $110 that turn).
- *The game advances 10 moves every weekday, 50 moves every weekend.
- You can move each guy 1 field tile*movement each turn. The world map shows region tiles, which are 10x10 field tiles.
- Movement and ranges are shown in local (field) tiles.
- If units come in range I will show a minimap. You then decide who to attack.
- Transport vehicles have a 95% chance of destroying the units inside when they blow up.
- Unloading transports removes all movement points from all units involved.
- You may tell me a final coordinate for each squad and I will automatically move you there optimally.
- *For each square taken you get $200. This only applies to ground units, and there must be at least one foot soldier in the squad for that to happen.
- *Troops take 2 turns to "make", vehicles take 4 turns.
- *Tech is uncovered by buying advances.
- *You may build buildings, as shown in the end. This is still in beta testing.
- Ask any questions in-game and I will add it here.
*New rules.

Aircraft carriers can carry up to 4 fighters, or 2 bombers, or 8 tanks, or 10 APCs.
You need to buy a research facility to start tech upgrades.
I will PM you the research tree when you do.
New Capitol - 10000 (if your old one gets destroyed/taken)
Radar base - 3000 (increases damage in area)
Turrets - Unlocked by research facility
Research facility - 6000 (opens up lots of stuff)
Flight control - 3000 (allows you to use planes; requires radar base nearby)
