(in case you didn't catch it, the crysleep wiped her knowledge of english)Kjii:When the AI speaks in her own language she breaths a sigh of relief, removing the respirator, she climbs out of the cryopod, walking over to Hollister she gives him a glance before heading to the security camera, she glares at it and swipes at it, she had always hated being on camera.

((added to the game, feel free to jump in whenever you like.))

((Kjii:When the AI speaks in her own language she breaths a sigh of relief, removing the respirator, she climbs out of the cryopod, walking over to Hollister she gives him a glance before heading to the security camera, she glares at it and swipes at it, she had always hated being on camera. ))

The security camera is not amused, and neither is the AI.  You hear her voice, but you can't place it's source.  "Please don't hit the cameras, they are there for your safety.  If you don't stop, I may have to incapacitate you."  She breaks from her monolog and adds in a small voice.  "You are like my children, please behave."*

*That was all said in mongolian.  No one, except Kjii, could hear her.

Everyone else begins to stretch their stiff muscles after a very long sleep.  Fortunately, muscular dystrophy was not as severe as feared.

((Ochita:"Ai, what are the facilities on this ship? And can I come out now?"))
An image display appears before you.

Her head appears out from the ceiling, hair dangling like confetti.  "Yes, feel free to explore."  She chimes exuberantly.

((Kijii: pouts for a bit and heads in the room left of the cryo hold.))

The room is so white you reflectively shield your eyes.  A desk is directly before you with a regular computer, this seems to be the office for medbay.  A mainframe hums next to the desk and beyond that, two lockers rest in the corner.  The room has another power box and security camera.

"Finally."

David stretches, and exits the cyropod. He makes his way to Manufacturing.

((drawing drawing drawing))
((Kijii:Looks at the imge display and hurries through the halls, navigating her way to the mess hall and looking for something to eat.))

A large room with a lovely colored relief of floral arrangements over the walls, (which would be rather relaxing if not for the constant smell of milk wafting through the room.)  A watery ceiling tank gives off a light green glow of algie floating lazily in the tank.  A door directly across the room is labeled "No Entry" with an arrow point to the right, "Food dispenser" it says on the arrow.

But as you ponder what to eat, you realize there's no choice.  "Nutrient supplements."  Are the only delicacy available from this fine restaurant.  Delivered from tubes.

(("Thank you AI." Ochita will make his way to the crew quarters.))

The rooms are utilitarian, a basic dresser and bedding is available in each room.  Nine rooms in total.  A part of your memory returns, you remember that sleep patterns are monitored by a wire attached to the chest during sleep to asertain when a crew member has aquired enough sleep to resume duties.

((Hollister: Gets up and stretches - that pod was bloody cramped! He then goes to look for a window to look out of))

No windows are nearby.  Wandering by memory, your feet take you to the bridge.  Proceeding to a side room, you enter through a glass door labeled "security" behind the desk are countless security monitors and camera records.  You gaze out into the depths of space.  A light blinks intermittently in the distance, and seems to be moving faster than the stars.

"Rogue object detected, bearing 42 degrees starboard, 15 degrees dorsal.  Range: 740 000km"  The AI announces ship wide, (in all applicable languages, Kijii)  A chill runs up you, was it a coincidence the AI announced the object the moment you noticed it?

((David stretches, and exits the cyropod. He makes his way to Manufacturing.))

You enter from the left enterance, immediately you see work stations to either side of you.  Callipers, screwdrivers, cables and other equipment is lined up flawlessly and ready to use.  The computers ready for the creation and storage of your ingenious blueprints.  At the other end of the room you see a heavy lift bot next to an assembly table.  A junkies wet dream.  Another room off to the side seems to be a storage room for parts.

Meanwhile the other 5 crew members are showing symptoms of decompression sickness and are being treated in medbay.

Kijii: Sighs and walks out of the room, exploring the halls and entering a random room that  looks safe enough.

David grabs a tool belt, and some tools to put on it. (Wire-cutters, portable soldering iron, spare bits of wire, wrenches, screwdrivers, voltmeter etc.) He then heads to the AI room to preform a standard maintenance check.

((Kijii: Sighs and walks out of the room, exploring the halls and entering a random room that  looks safe enough.))

You find a room devoid of any electronics to speak of.  No gear grinding security cameras, no discusting milky odor.  Just yourself and a metal room.  As you shut the door, it automaticly locks.  You are now trapped behind a 6 inch steel door.  It dawns on you that you've entered an escape pod.  A vent in the ceiling of the chamber activates, and turns the pod into a Hyperbaric Chamber.

((Hollister: "AI, Please estimate the size of the object"))

She imagizes in front of you with a tape measure.  She hooks the end under your foot and extends the tape measure up to your nose.  "Exactly that long and half as wide.  5 feet 10 inches!"  She bursts with laughter but suddenly stops herself with a stern expression.  "That guy!"  She grumbles and vanishes.

((David grabs a tool belt, and some tools to put on it. (Wire-cutters, portable soldering iron, spare bits of wire, wrenches, screwdrivers, voltmeter etc.) He then heads to the AI room to preform a standard maintenance check.))

As you wonder how to get to the AI chamber, you suddenly find yourself able to see through the walls in the local area.  Revealing the location of a local maintenance crawl space and the path to the AI core.

You remove a wall panel to reveal the entrance and climb up.  The crawl space has other critical ship systems that diverge like branches of a tree or veins of some living creature.  One pipe pulses and seems to heat the entire vent, other wiring dangles across from it.  As you approach the exit to the AI core metal bars clamp down, blocking all access.
