The effect on most things are unperceivable, but as you get dragged, you see plants droop, insects and small animals stutter, and you even hear the stones of the buildings grinding.

You start thinking about how you could get free booze. [ThR: 4] You decide that the best way to get free booze is Intimidation! You walk up to the bar, and look menacingly at the barkeep. [IR: 1] He snickers at you. Then he gives you a free beer, after saying that if someone looks THAT pathetic while trying to intimidate someone, they NEED free beer. You shrug. It got you free beer.

You sit down at the bar, asking how much a beer would be. Thankfully, it's only 1 silver coin. You smile, flip out a coin, and start drinking your beer when it comes. [InR: 3] You start chatting with another person at the bar. They chat happily, but they seem slightly drunk, and you can't get anything interesting out of them.

[PR: 3] You frown, feeling something wrong. But you're no expert at magic, nor have you been highly trained, or experienced it a lot. You don't have the training neccesary to have a magickal radar, like Wizards do, and the Elf is good enough at what he does to hide the physcal evidence from anyone not skilled at Wizard Hunting. And since he isn't pulling from any humans, especially not yourself, you can't feel your magick being pulled.

He then proceeds to list a large number of foreign, local, and other wines, some of which you have never heard of. Before telling you that 'This is Jasqar. You can find anything here, for sale.'. You buy some wine for 10 silvers.
