Combat Preference: Various concoctions, and a dagger to administer them if necessary.

Extra Notes: Lokot likes saltpetre, and malachite. He has alcohol dependency. (See History)

History: Still relatively young for his race, Lokot was an apprentice alchemy know-how serving under one of the Trade Lords, whose primary export goods, beyond the usual handicrafts, had included some of the most unusual minerals mixes around the entire Ayrethas. However, after a particularly unfortunate incident involving a floor hatch, a bag of refined saltpetre powder misplaced among a pile of granularized charcoal, a loose torch on the wall, some fifty barrels of aqua vitae, a few other dwarves, and Lokot himself in the industry wing of his Trade Lord's fortress, he was imprisoned, and then dumped into exile by mistake.

Expand on alchemy. Do you mean chemistry, or a magical version thereof?

Probably more technology-oriented than magical if allowed, or both.

Modern chemistry, then. Magic in my world is a direct contradiction to science, defying laws of physics left right and center. Accepted.

EDIT: I just remembered something. Gunpowder, and technology itself, are widely unknown. The closest thing to a rocket is fireworks that Orcs introduced; So try not to use your alchemy for splodeys, if possible.

...I will go for the magical option if it's not too late, then. Modern chemistry is not exactly my intention...Should be fun both ways, anyway.

The magical option is pure magic, just used for chemistry. Also, it would be not so modern, I was just using the term to try and clarify.

Understood...If non-magical equipments and skills are still useful, then it's balanced. I will change my choice back to technology then...After all, dwarves are not known for their magic in almost all fantasy universes.

You have a point, Innsmothe. Also, Wolf, what do you mean by 'he doesn't know'? Magic really isn't something you can do without knowing. He'll, its incredibly dangerous to even try it.

On another note - You're a queenslander? O_O Darrnn... I kinda feel bad for you, what with all the floods and all.

He sorta knows, but thinks it's just something that helps him with his healing work, if this does nto work then just put him down as minor sorcery, i just had teh idea from a book im reading is all

Yeah, that would require instinctual handling of magicka, which only the prodigious prodigies can achieve. You have to have atleast learned the basics of sorcery to use it at all. Minor sorcery it is.

History : Tanzo had been born several hundred years ago to a minor Noble house. And it bored the hell out of him. He had a desire for adventure, For Gold, Honor and Glory. So, as many young and headstrong Nobles do, He traveled about, challenging others to duels of honor, gathering a reputation for himself as a quick tongued swordsman with and even faster draw.
