The rules are simple! If you're interested in playing, simply submit 15 cards to me in a forum compatible format (for example, bb link codes). These cards should be rectangles 200px tall, and 140px wide. Anything thats reasonable sized or shaped will be accepted though.
Players who are not playing can still submit cards, but 15 is the minimum to participate in the actual game.
When the game starts, I will deal each player their hands and we will go.
To make things easier for this format, the basic rules will be as follows:Players all play simultaneously until either each players has said "END TURN" or 48 hours have passed.
I will send each player an initial hand of 5 cards.
Cards are played by saying a target and then posting the image of the card. (ex. "Playing this on ExKirby" :POST_IMAGE:)
Some cards may have other targets available, but unless specified otherwise, cards will be targeted against players.
Each day I update the status of the board, I will post the cards in effect on each player, and players will be sent 3 additional cards.
Cards that target a player will generally remain in play under that players control.
Cards that do not remain in play will be sent to the "trash" or "discard pile" or "graveyard" or whatever you want to call it.

By default, points work like so: Cards are worth a certain number of points, and grant those points to the player that owns them/was targeted by them.
Points can be either positive (+100pts) or negative(-100pts).
Point range should be kept between 100 to 1000 points, preferably in multiples of 10.
