I have a few dwarves who I trained in wrestling for a while, then gave axes. They are all now legendary axedwarves, but they are still listed as 'Elite Wrestler' and I never got the 'All hail soanso' message. They should be Champions, or at least Elite axedwarves as the axe skill is higher then wrestling now.
