It (5) Slits another throat, (Three 6's in a row!) decapitates three more (!), (4) slices open the last guard's arm, and (2) narrowly misses a random bystander. It then flies back into your hand. Holy crap.

Before he can say anything, Bjorn casts the spell. Bad Things™ happen.

"Sound good," Porin said from behind Taric. He scratched at his chin, looking up at the odd piece of paper Tarran had stuck on Taric and wondering why he had. It must be some human friendship thing, he decided eventually. He wished he could see what it said. "Go now, beat bandits?" he suggested. Take their stuff, too. He smiled as well as it's possible to with a kobold's canine jawline and followed his human allies, wondering what kind of stuff the bandits had stolen. Maybe they had many, many coins, shining and glittering... his eyes misted over just thinking about it.

Not really taking an action, just following the party.
Porin Keeperechoes-6-"Sound good,"
Porin can't help but notice the strange piece of paper on Taric's back, unaware of how to read [LANGUAGE]. (English?)
"Go now, beat bandits?" he suggests with a smile on his face.

Bjorn Inmus-6-Bjorn the spell in complete disregard to anyone's safety.
Subsequently, Bjorn is [2] teleported two feet off the ground and faceplants onto the ground. Meanwhile, Hawk tries to jump out of the spell's range and hits some random bystander.

Get a move on.
Tarran Terra-4-Tarran runs ahead of everyone on the way, and manages to gwet to the gate first. Likewise, he is the first target, also owing to his magical looking equipment. The arrow [3] misses and hits the ground, but Tarran barely notices it before jumping behind cover to avoid the second one.

'Excellent. Glad we could be of assistance, your grace.' Restraining a smirk at the sight of Taric's new decoration, Cogs leaves with the rest of the group.
Nihilius 'Cogs' Vekt-5-With a smirk on his face, Cogs follows the others and arrives just in time to see Tarran diving for his life. Drawing his hand cannon just in case, Cogs waits for the others to realize what's going on.

'Let's go find somewhere to hide out and find information.' Head down the alley into the slums.
'Zrk'-4-Zrk heads down an alley into some slums. He manages to find a mysterious wooden door. It's locked though.
You feel as if being watched.
You get everyone together, and get ready to leave the town. Something inside of you tells you that that would be completely pointless, though.

Dive out of cover and try to intimidate the archer. Charge him, too.

^^ When you're a kobold a shield is a VERY good idea. It can keep much larger enemies from killing you even if they manage to break both of your legs.

Porin noticed Tarran hiding and Cogs drawing his gun. Danger? Bandits very bold indeed, he thought, drawing his sword and shield and moving into the nearby shadows of a building to hide until he could spot where the arrow sticking out of the dirt came from. Then he would try to sneak up on the archer.
