It (5) Slits another throat, (Three 6's in a row!) decapitates three more (!), (4) slices open the last guard's arm, and (2) narrowly misses a random bystander. It then flies back into your hand. Holy crap.

Do I need to say anything considering it's already a majority vote?

Nope. Mini-update go!

Roll 48.5

As the group winds up the mountainside, Ivan comes across a lever. Being the kind of person he is, he goes ahead and pulls it. Immediately, the group hears the sound of clanging metal and turning gears. As the group finally reaches the door, it is open, the rusty outside revealing an almost pristine metal ceiling and wall. Various supports inside keep the room standing.

As the group enters, a more frightening truth reveals itself. Half of the room is covered in a slimy and translucent secretion. This is the half that the group first saw. The other half is riddled with stalactites of ice and pools of water on the floor. The rusted walls and floor are visible as an almost blood-red layer beneath the ice. Rusty gear assemblies fill the room, with quite a few places to get your fingers crushed if the gears had happened to be moving.
A door sits across the hall, with a dry and clean path leading up to it. An ominous way to introduce a guest, I suppose.

"So... who's going to peek though the door? I'd suggest someone silent or very, very resistant to getting their asses kicked."

So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

Porin got to his feet on Tarran's horse and jumped away rather than dismount. He wasn't about to get near its hooves! He wandered towards the entrance. "This job for Porin. Small, move quick, hide: Kobold specialty! Enchanted armor too. Best suited for task." He nodded to the rest, then pressed {S} on the keyboard entered stealth mode and moved into the doorway.

...And promptly got blasted away with a random BFG.

"Hah, boy I'm glad I didn't open that door."

Hmm. Would Immunize protect against a BFG?  If not, all of us would die to the massive splash damage. ^^

Immunize only works against magic. Otherwise you'd all become virtually invincible.

By the way, next time anyone tries to make a torch with only wood, it won't work. My family's trying to light some douglas fir logs we split to get a fire going, but it's just not working. At all. I'll let Jacen keep his torch, but in any of my future RTD's I'll be banning wood torches. :P

Is Mekboy still around?

He hasn't posted since the 4th. At all. Even though he's been on today, since he hasn't posted since the 4th, I'd say he's gone.

Dang it. :-\ Well, do we have anyone on the waiting list? If not I can always ask my Castlevania players if they would want to join. ^^

I don't think there are any waiting listers. Though I think 6 players is fine, really.
