Toolbox: Target user will be unable to act for two turns.

Head: You may discard up to 5 cards and draw an equal amount from the deck.

Unspeakable horror: when you draw that card, throw all your hand away.

Lurk: skip turn. You can not gain or lose points until turn comes back to you.

Holy war: Declare subject of war(Windows/Linux, religion/atheism or anything you want.) Everyone has to pick side and drop a card. Add together total number of characters in the names of cards played by each side. Bigger number wins holy war. There are no benefits to winning it.

Metal Militia
When card is played, choose one effect that stays in play in till removed.
1)Archive of Metal: Opponents ear drums explode as the volume is thrown to 11!
OR
2)Fail: Through sheer concentrated amounts of utter, pure fail remove this card when played, remove an opponents card of your choice as well.

Effect: Draw a card, however if the card is another 'Deadmeat' card your whole hand is discarded.

Now, for cards that limit anything overpowered:

Banhammer: remove one player card from play.

Nuke the site From Orbit: remove any 4 cards from play. four cards MUST be removed from play.

Exterminautus: pick one card. Destroy that card via any means (tear it up, burn it, etc). The target card may not be used in any future games

And to toss in my own card:
Warhammer651: This card remains in play until destroyed. When a card is played, choose one:
Sanity is for the weak-minded!: destroy target card. Target player loses 200 points. You lose 300 points
Sanity check: all players roll a D6. on a 6 gain 200 points. on a 1, loose 300 points. if controlling player rolls a 1, they lose 500 points

Bot:  Replace one card in play with another card in play not of the players choosing.

Man I love this game. But ya can't just throw out card names, you gotta draw pictues. If you're not including pictures, you're not playing the game right.

Of course, you can't physically destroy cards or throw them at people online either, so that takes half the fun away right there...

While people can certainly continue to play around with the card ideas here, I' like to go for an actual round ^_^

Also, I'm going to make my own variants of these cards which could be better or worse than qwertyuiopas' ones.
