It will also take Oxygen from the surronding space. There is also carbon dioxide on the planet which I can have plants convert into oxygen, and begin slowly expanding the shield. NOW LET IT LIE

...I really hope the solution is not anarchy, death, disorder and the collapse of the economy but instead happiness and a good, healthy, prosperous, booming economy.

And taricus, I'm guessing the church uses Xenos as slaves and firewood.

the church does not even use them as slaves...they see the Xenos similary to the Imperial Church in 40k...

but dont forget all the other Houses and Kingdoms use the Xenos also as slaves, its basically world wide slavery for those guys...

anyway off now to play an hour or two Fall from Heaven and when im back , i will propably make the turn...

I don't believe in slavery its wrong. Now on another note can I create say a legion by combining 3 of my longbow serf units with the ones right above them, and call them the 1st Legion

Concerning your Army structures:
you can send me any you want and i will implement it but up to then you will standard Imperial army structure:

Company(100 men)
Regiment(2500 men)
Division(25.000 men)
Korps (250.000 men)
uhm Legion propably? (2.500.000 men) although that will be quite impropable...
