Okay. Cool.

So Orb. You got the bones, I got the smith that can make relatively high quality armor.

Want to make a trade? I ask for say, 40% of the armor and some food.

Insects can growl? I thought they made just clicking noises or something.  :P

Perhaps. If you find me. Honestly it be too dangerous in the big wide open sea at this moment to send out scouting parties to "find" you.  If you bring the armor smith to my colony, he can work on site, and you can just take 50% of the armor without food. Free armor. But only half the bone, I might have "other" uses for it.  ;)

Well, I haven't ever heard a insect underwater before, so its more water distorted noise of the lower pitched kind, not actually growling. :)

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

...

We're talking about creatures that are smaller than the head of a ballpoint. "Large creature" is a little relative.

Dolphin sized?

Orca?

Megalodon?

Tuna?

What are the "parameters" to establish a new colony?

At least 10 Smalls, the materials you want to make the colony out of (or just go to the materials), and two non-sieged/attacked/etc turns there to set one up. Also a name, or some other way for me to identify the colony from the other colonies you have. Floating Colonies (Mid or High Sea, not Sea Floor) may take an extra turn if affected by ocean currents.

Theres about 60 of everyone right now, except the peretics who are at 80 since they just took the day off.

also, Classical Era means you can colonize without having to attach yourselves to a object on the Sea Floor, but you'll need some way to keep them Smalls afloat if you want to do so.

Not really. Pretty much just there only if anyone wants to try out floating colonies early, since real floating colonies (to colonize the Mid Sea with, above the Floor but below High Seas) aren't available until Early Industrial.
