Spoiler: Extra Detail (click to show/hide)

Several small cyan dots float out of the pod, excited to explore this new world. They vibrate the water with excitement, and a few survey their surroundings. The others use their teeth to cut into the mighty tree, harvesting the loose bits they can break free. The material is stored in the pod until a more suitable location can be found.

The pod bursts open, and numerous worm-like larvae Triath swim out. The colony wastes no time, beginning to burrow tunnels into the rock with their powerful forelimbs.

In the sands beneath the Whale a small pod, only fifteen or so millimeters long and twice as thick, popped open. Out of it swam a swarm of tiny tiny creatures. Green, with uncountable appendages, they swam out looking around with their huge eyes and tasting the water with their long flexible snouts.

About half of them swam upwards to where several huge drops of blood were slowly dispersing towards the water. They surrounded one of these red clouds and started to vibrate their appendages at great speeds. As the blood got trapped in them limbs they quickly ran their proboscis though them sucking out the blood and storing it inside to be used as food.

The other half went down to the floor and stuck their legs into the sand, there they started to vibrate, kicking particles of sand up into the air and burrowing down into the sand. After hollowing out a area large enough that it started to threaten to cave in beneath the weight of the sand up top they each sucked up small quantities of limestone particles and some other materials, then they swam upwards.

Meeting each other, the blood gatherers gave the collected blood to the diggers and they swelled red with blood. Then they quickly used the energy of the blood in a fast biochemical reaction heating their innards to over 1500 C. The collected particles quickly melted together in a gray mass. Before this cooled the diggers swam down to their lair and quickly spit out the cement, gluing the sand together and finishing the first living area of the Kriblits.
A couple Massive, terrifying fishy beasts appear near the blood as the Kriblits work on their sandy dome! they appear somewhat frenzied, Attempt DIPLOMACY or HIDE?

In the belly of death a tiny pod full of new life opens. Out of it popped numerous small brownish blobs, bumping into each other briefly exchanging packets of excited information.

For a moment nothing seemed to happen, but then other small cells began to sprout from the tiny blobs, and more, and more... Growing out from the pod the Caerri began to look like a mat of some kind of vegetation, sending out streamers of cells many times the length of their body to search for food. Drawing and and casting these strange fronds like nets to catch whatever organisms they may.

A much smaller portion of the Caerri created a thin mantle which could draw and expel water, these Caerri went and began to explore the bones that they had landed on, searching for any crevice by which the marrow of the great beast could be reached.
A few crevices almost twice your size are found, but they barely reach into the great bones. You will need to look farther to find a way into the marrow.

A swarm of Peretics jump out of the pod and immediately begin to harvest resources. Some Start to gather the small organic flecks drifting lazily around the interior. Others begin to tear apart the seats for fabric. And others start to collect the algae growing on it. All the meanwhile the overseer silently watches from atop the pod giving commands now and then.
What little fabric remains is scavenged, but it is quite old and might not last much longer. the algae is in much better condition, though. the organics are collected, and the coalescing blob of Food is placed inside the pod for now.

Several small cyan dots float out of the pod, excited to explore this new world. They vibrate the water with excitement, and a few survey their surroundings. The others use their teeth to cut into the mighty tree, harvesting the loose bits they can break free. The material is stored in the pod until a more suitable location can be found.
One Floatune suggests using the sturdier trunk kelp they're harvesting as building material. How to combine the bits he does not say.

The pod bursts open, and numerous worm-like larvae Triath swim out. The colony wastes no time, beginning to burrow tunnels into the rock with their powerful forelimbs.
The burrowers occasionally are forced to dodge around deposits of harder materials in the rock, getting increasingly common the farther down they go.

Sacrifices are to be made. 1/3 of the Floatune eject their teeth between kelp strands, binding them together. The teeth will regrow in a few days. Housing is to be made, using the Kelp tree as part of the structures. The housing will be a 1/2 cm up, to keep away pesky organisms.

The Triath modify their burrows so that the pockets of harder materials protect and fortify the nest, and build a few more burrows.

The Caerri do not waste long in their search for a way into the bones, instead they focus on making small floating organic structures tethered to the bones. These will serve as automated catches for food particles, a Caerri need only to bond with it briefly to tranfer some of the collected food.

The Peretics begin to saw off material from the metal and plastic parts to make dwellings, they also begin to explore the cars interior and exterior.

Not wanting any part of these strange invaders the Kriblits for the most part swim away to catch the lightly falling snow of organic particles. Although it will take longer to gather the required nutrients to make a nest it will have to do for now.

The leader of the Kriblits on the other hand see the potential of these strange monsters and swims up to the biggest. There, next to it's eye, he uses the strange language of vibrations, body language, and heat patterns to offer the wounded whale to the pack of monsters in the hope of gaining friendship with them.

Digging deeper into the trunk, the colony is created!

The Triath modify their burrows so that the pockets of harder materials protect and fortify the nest, and build a few more burrows.
The burrows are modified, and Triathi start asking for a name for the colony.

The Caerri do not waste long in their search for a way into the bones, instead they focus on making small floating organic structures tethered to the bones. These will serve as automated catches for food particles, a Caerri need only to bond with it briefly to tranfer some of the collected food.
The small structures completed, a Caerri suggests ignoring the cracks and just digging into the marrow manually.

The Peretics begin to saw off material from the metal and plastic parts to make dwellings, they also begin to explore the cars interior and exterior.
The car is completely rusted through, you easily chop hunks off it in dwelling-like ways.

The great monsters seem to stay away from the massive whale though they're obviously in agreement with you otherwise, you can't see why. perhaps it does something that terrifies even these heavily teethed things...

The Triath leading council declares that the colony shall be named Ygethar. Triath squads are then sent out to forage for food.
