I had enough of noobs asking for sewers etc. to be added to the game, so I posted this in another thread:

[SECRETION:FILTH_B:SOLID:BY_TYPE:LOWERBODY:SKIN]
Ewww. That means they'll just be walking around dripping crap from their bellies and backs.

Yeahhh... FILTH_B, FILTH_Y, and UNKNOWN_SUBSTANCE are better left alone. Makes you think that Toady at one point considered adding certain things to the game.

Why not make it so the guts secrete it?

"You stab the Human Spearman in the lower body with the -Iron Musket-, spilling his guts.
Brown shit. Brown shit everywhere.

(I don't know that much about secretions, though)

..... Oddly yes. And they'd be rediculously OP too cause they could wield 8 weapons and shields.

No bones, though, so limbs would be easier to sever. No rigid layer protecting organs, either.

On no wait.... 4-6 weapons or shields, because they'd need 2 - 4 limbs for locomotion.

And clearly they'd be smart enough to wear armor. And the plus side to no bones is that they can't be hurt by jointlocks and downed by chipped bones, though they'd need high willpower and other pain withstanding attributes to balance that out, since they'd be squishy and easy to injure, as you said..

Don't forget they need to keep one of their limbs open for holding teacups.

New tradegood: The Teacup.  smaller more valuable kind of mug, that must be made from porcelien, ivory/tooth/hoof, or shell.

You can add a text in the raws that makes it so that some creatures have different names for professions, but I think that all skills right now are pretty much hard-coded.

I had to go in and custom name almost every military profession to have proper plurals, though I renamed crossbowman to Marksman, and elite marksman to Sniper
