The official Goblin greeting:
Code: [Select]
[CAN_DO_INTERACTION:C_KICK]
[CDI:ADV_NAME:Crotch Kick]
[CDI:USAGE_HINT:GREETING]
[CDI:BP_REQUIRED:BY_CATEGORY:FOOT]
[CDI:VERB:crotch-kick:crotch-kicks:crotch kicked]
[CDI:CAN_BE_MUTUAL]
[CDI:TARGET:A:SELF_ONLY]
[CDI:TARGET:B:TOUCHABLE]
[CDI:TARGET_RANGE:B:1]
[CDI:MAX_TARGET_NUMBER:B:1]
[CDI:WAIT_PERIOD:20]
This would explain the the low Goblin population. Was also tempted to add the cat cleaning interaction to elves...

Modded in a civilization that lives in oceans and builds towns. Swam out to one of their towns, everyone was dead. Then I realized; the ocean froze over night.

I did read the old testament. God/the Angels weren't Lovecraftian, just dicks.
Also, if you claim that NGE did anything more symbolic and/or meaningful than duct-taping crosses to the explosions, I will punch you.

Remember those long summers of your childhood? That first kiss in the gardens while crossbows dwarves shoot goblins above your head? The rain of dead birds as the hunters get to work? Truly Spearhills is a paradise.

Been having fun just adding weird greeting interactions to random creatures like: hugging dogs, winged pets high-fives, merchant wagon beasts greeting your fortress local ones upon arriving by slapping each other...why yes, Yaks do slap each other to say hello (theoretically)
Modded in a civilization that lives in oceans and builds towns. Swam out to one of their towns, everyone was dead. Then I realized; the ocean froze over night.
Oh yeah, I remember that I once tried making a Mermaid civ once...that...didn't work out so well (For one DF didn't like to have underwater towns aside from other "complications").

Wait...wouldn't that mean that every winter thousands of sea creatures die from freezing in cold seas and rivers or does it not happen when you're not there to see it? Schrodinger yo'~

If it is not observed, it is in a state of limbo. For example, kings that are too old to live who instantly die of old age upon entering the map.

It's an anside joke.
I do remember once making a crusher TC that can be crafted of cheese. It did a blunt attack comparable to a warhammer and hit a good 50 times.
Appearantly, that's a magnificent way to near harmlessly (to them) to train invading enemies to ridiculous levels in a few seconds

IIRC didn't they have mismatched extra faces and too many wings and eyes, at least as described in the Book of Ezekiel

Yes. They were still dicks.

Well, they were dicks by our standards, but their "morality" was also utterly alien in nature.
