Bonus point in you build a ship like the Solaris (complete with the metal sail) inside a cavern, protected by a megabeast, and build supports that can collapse the cavern, killing the beast a releasing the ship.

Extra bonus point if you build a giant condor made of gold, on top of a magma pool.

I don't think any of these suggestions can really use up 58.8 million metric tons of Gold... that's what my off-the-cuff calculation suggests for a total.

An apartment building with a dining room, office, bedroom, kitchen, and small food stockpile in every apartment. Include a central courtyard/statue garden, a water tower on the roof, and plumbing, so that every apartment has a well. Oh, windows too, of course. Nothing like a golden tower with gem windows.

Replace one of your dwarves fingers with a golden one (goldfinger!). Build some sort of giant golden gun and a giant golden eye. Also use all of your gold to build a giant lost city, spanning through all  three cavern layers that has HFS trapped in the basement.
