Prisoners escape prison to sleep in their rooms

I have a dwarf who has been incarcerated for violation of production order (which had nothing to do with his profession too). After a while the message "<dwarf> cancels Sleep: Area inaccessible" appeared. I went to check on him and saw the guard moving him to prison. But when he arrived there, he broke the chain immediately and escaped the prison. Then he got caught again, and the cycle continued.

Maybe this is related to the bug with dogs escaping chains whenever they see their trainer?
