You said you agreed with most everything he said, so I wanted to know why you agreed with:
his passive pointing at the bandwagon,
I seem to remember answering this already. Namely the bit I said about rapid accumulation of votes. That they are cause for alarm even if nobody voting looks especially scummy.
I don't know what you're getting at. If he 1) worries about the apparent wagon forming on Zrk2 and 2) doesn't think the people on it are very scummy, what else is he supposed to do? I think saying that he's watching it is a perfectly acceptable course of action.
his insistence there was nothing else he could do about it,
It would be absolutely fucking retarded if he decided to go on the attack if he was 1) worried about the wagon forming on Zrk2 but 2) didn't think the people on it were scummy. That would be incredibly stupid of him.
I have no idea what your problem with that is.
his passiveness with Person,
Right, because flinging some serious accusations at him and voting him is being passive.
his assertion that nobody on the wagon was scummy,
I agree with him about this. There was nothing seriously alarming about the people who decided to vote Zrk2.
his claim that his passive declaration about the wagon served its purpose,
I don't know what you're talking about on this.
It's never crossed my mind that Jokerman-EXE is being disingenuous or deceptive at all. If he thinks it did, then that's his honest opinion. You may not agree.
his claim that I copied Person's attack,
Ohhhhhhhh, now I see what this is about.
If you're attacking Jokerman-EXE for similar reasons as Mr.Person, why is it so surprising he would say this?
and his insistence that there's not a single reason for anyone to be voting him.
If he thinks everybody's reasons are crap why shouldn't he say as much? He'd be in more shit if he said, "Welp, yep, I understand where everybody's coming from on that one."
