The title really, just a fix to the health system. I don't want to re-injure dwarfs just to get them looked at, I think that's glaringly silly, the doctor system is pretty glitchy. And... Some kind of option for humane euthanasia! That's it! *Goes back to reading visceral combat logs*

As much as I want a new diagnosis request to get put in the system once a dwarf is dragged into a hospital bed or some code added so that a dwarf will give a crutch to my poor, lame jeweler, I think that's more of a bug fix thing than a suggestion.

Also, I think weather or not a dorf gets looked at by a Doctor Dorf is heavily influenced by their personalities.

Docs with low work ethics, or low empathy seem to be really shitty doctors. I've had much better successes with docs that have higher empathy and work ethics.

I get the impression that hospitals will be reworked sometime (maybe in the Army Arc? It would make sense), that's why noone bother to fix them now.
