Retreat to safe corner, attempt to treat wounds/poison.

Miran glances nervously at the exit Shigon just came from, and gets ready to follow the script. She settles on "Gyahhh! Don't eat me!" for her first frightened scream when the time comes.

Scene: Main Hallway

     The Intruders inch forward sneaking. The dungeon denizens wait in suspence. Seogv clutches Miran in his grasp on the riverbank. She waits patiently to scream. The Biclops Wildman leads the way as the sneakiest. The Biclops Ranger covers his advance. The other intruders stay behind. Shigon washes out his poisoned wound in the river. The rest lie in wait for the ambush.

     The Wildman sneaks to the corner and peeks around. None are perceptive enough to be aware of his sneaky presence. He spots the hostage scene and faces back to inform the others with a gesture. SUDDENLY!!! a pissed off animated bat leaps his tiny body around the corner in front of the wildman. roaring ferociously, the bat causes the wildman to leap back, but it is immediatly shot by the ranger. An obsidian tipped arrow tearing apart its tiny bat body and the arrow ricochets into the ambushes field of view. The wildman gestures frantically to his teammates.

     The dungeon denizens hear the arrow break, and some shuffling around beyond their line of sight. Mirran enacts her plan. "Gyahhh! Don't eat me!" She hears some footseps approaching, but the only person to round the corner is a bowman, who peeks around and lets an arrow fly. The shot is quick, without even taking the time to aim. Seogv attempts to flinch out of the way, but is struck in a leg, piercing a leg and disabling it, with an arrow stuck halfway through.
