So all you need is a male dragon to fertilize the eggs?
Is it possible to transport a captured/incapacitated creature in Adventure mode? I assume a dragon egg needs to be nursed before it hatches.

Discussed here: can't be done as you need the dragon to be sitting on the nest box with the eggs inside the nest box.
