I had an adventurer who slayed a dragon and gathered three dragon egs. She retired so the eggs are safe. BUT, what can you do with dragon egs if you have them?

I've got a pair of roc eggs too. My first thought was to eat them, but the most I could get was 'You lick the roc egg.' I tried to crack them open and get an omelet going somehow by smashing it against a tree, then setting a fire underneath, but nothing happened. From then on, it has become my favored head-cracking weapon. Hopefully in later updates we might get the chance to grab an egg or baby and grow it into our pet. I'd love to have a pet roc with me!

It will be really cool when we can break eggs and make omelets.
It isn't on the current dev list, but I'm sure we will be able to one day.

Wait - can you steal dragon eggs, and in dwarf mode, hatch them?

Steal the eggs, put them in a safe place, build fortress, Hatch eggs and...
....your fortress has crumbled

I doubt it'd work since you're gonna need a tame male dragon to fertilize the eggs.
