Depends on what stage Isaac Newton is in his life. Young Isaac newton was pretty awesome, but old isaac newton I understand was a crazy mystic. Apparently he spent years studying really weird occult stuff.

Of course, Isaac Newton was an ass at all stages of his life, so it might just anger the Gordon. Since Gordon's actions are on par with the desires of a highly skilled teenager, I think he would slaughter Isaac Newton like Smog would slaughter Puff the Magic Dragon.

Oh, and there would be a similar case fighting Isaac Clarke from Dead Space. Gordon is a machine, Isaac is continuously on the brink of a nervous breakdown.
