"Ah, but what makes you think I'm pretending? It's only just recently that things have become interesting. Additionally, I'm not saying that my actions should be disregarded, just that the actions, or lack thereof, should be brought to attention as well."

well Obviouslly I would inspect those who have recently come to town,
Such as pandar.

"I do not know why you would be quicker to suspect outsiders over locals. I think it just as likely that those with knowledge of local folks and customs capable of commiting this crime. Indeed, 'those recently come to town' would include you, wouldn't it? In fact, I think your attempt to narrow people's field of suspicious is suspicious on its own. Moe, my vote goes for looking for answers inside Steve's corpse."

Book walks over to Thrakor, and asks "you have seen many adventures, yes? If I recall correctly, the last time we heard of an event like this happening, we had the misfortune of both a Vampire that would recruit others to his unholy cult, as well as some sort of corrupt necromancer who would use dark arts to cause a death at night. Do you think we have a similar conundrum this time, or should we expect different threats? If you were to be in charge of one of these evil factions, which one would you choose and why? Who would you target after we go to sleep?"

"Bah!

If it was a native, and not a foreigner, Then it would be more likely that their evil would be exposed...
Since we had a shortage on info, I suggested that the more likely of what ever whatever plaguing this town came from an outside source..."

"As for sourcing out pandar, I just dislike the man."

"I am starting to have doubts on my previous theory."

"Akheir seems to want some one to die tonight,
And fast as possible apparently."

"Dinner should not be placed above the sanctity of life."

However, I shan't vote him,Or anyone, yet.
"I believe that accusations are sacred tools that should be used sparingly, and only when it really matters."

"How will you deal with the consequences of your rash vote?" Steve questioned
"Do you have anything to rectify it?"

[Akhier the Dragon hearted]

   "If you mean for me to apologize then no. If you
mean my reasons, well someone dies tonight and I
would prefer it to not be myself but no one else has
been scummy. The closest I have to point to some
one and say they are for sure one of the killers is that
Darvi scribbles in a notepad. This is not something
that someone should be killed over but its the best
I have and He is voting for me. I have no clue who I
should vote for but no one else was voting so I had
to do SOMETHING".

OOC:Really, No one was voting and there was
hardly any time left till day end and no lynch day 1 is
bad for town especially because no one had even FoS
anyone yet so we would start day 2 with nothing.
Almost a literal reset to day 1 but down a town.

((Yah, But yah gotta factor in your role playing in with your vote atleast...
I don't think being hungry is a good reason for lynching someone.

OOC:We know that ties do not lynch but from
my characters perspective he is in a town that when
a murder happens they round up the new people in
town and some locals magically seals them in the best
Inn in town and tells them to slowly kill themselves by
vote, one a day till they find the people who did it. As
far as my character is concerned if we don't vote some
one and lynch them the townspeople may just kill us all
or maybe select someone at random and kill them.

Thrakor arches an eyebrow at the one called Native.

"Oh really, now?  You jumped awfully quick to activity once you got your name on the board.  I think you just panicked and tipped your hand.  You, sir, must be a murderer!  I'll see you hang!"

Thrakor bangs his fist on the table.  His drink jumps and tilts over, but a quick grab saves it from spilling.  Thrakor frowns at the glass and takes another sip.

Native chuckled.

"You seem to be a poor judge of character, Thrakor. You should know better than that. I said I would be more involved when things got interesting and here I am. Even if it did involve my name getting on the board." he paused to puff his cigar, "You seem to be focusing an awful lot on me, what do you think of the others?"

[Toaster]

Glowering, Thrakor addresses Native.

"I call them like I see them.  I will answer you, though.  Pandar needs to talk more.  The monk Steve needs to not hold back his vote.  No one else has particularly struck me.  I shall see if I can resolve the first."

Thrakor then turns to Pandar and gestures with his glass.

"Answer me this, sir.  What do you think of Akhier's brief vote on you?  What of Native's defense of you?  Who do you find worthy of a vote."

"Finally, Akhier, I believe you wanted to know why we were all here.  Well, I live on the outskirts of town, and have done so ever since I ended my army service.  What do you hope to gather with this information?"

Thrakor sips on his drink and stares into the glass.

   "I was not expecting much from you that live here
but the new people, they are all here fairly recently. I
have been here less then a year and many only days.
A story that makes no sense or seems made up spur of
the moment could help find the killers.

Native dismissed Thrakor for the moment, no sense in squabbling. He brought his attention back to Steve.

"Why exactly do you dislike the man?"

With that, something struck him about Thrakor. "Sir, why are you insistent that I'm defending Pandar? I'm only asking for reasons. It seems to me like you're fishing for reasons to get me killed here."

[Pandarsenic]

"Akhier has as much as admitted he has no better reason to vote me than his hunger. Perhaps by his hunger he means that he's a man-eating Doppelganger who replaced the old Akhier, though." A number of people stare at him. "It's not unheard of," he sullenly adds. He doesn't honestly feel threatened by Akhier's vote on account of it being totally random, however.

[Toaster]

"Native, you asked two separate people why they were attacking him.  If that's not defense, I don't know what is."

"It does get my interest..." Thrakor raises his voice a bit.  "...that Pandar then fails to answer my questions to him!"

"Bah, it'll be a long one.  Moe, hit me again."

Grabbing the glass that Moe hands to him, Thrakor sits back and drinks deeply.

Wymar prods Jack with his pen. "Hellooo, don't just ignore me because I'm the youngest around!"
