Wymar scratched his chin. Somehow the investigation went nowhere. "Hey Mo!", he said. "I don't think we can come to a  conclusion yet. Could you give us some more time to think?"

He then looked around. Book left the room, so he turned towards the cheddar monk. "Steven. Do you have any suspicions so far?"

Hearing his name steve went back to the tavern room of the inn.

"It may not be much but I am slightly suspicious of Will, who until now was sleeping.

He may say that he will do everything in his power to find these monsters, but what exactly does that entail, William?

He raises his head slowly..then turn to steve

'' I am but a simple traveller, so I will work on catching the... incongruities in peoples speechs. A guilty mind always let slip some clues, and i will check for them. I am not a warrior, so there's few things more i can do.''

A pair of eyes can be the difference between life and death when 2 of your bed mate's midnight snacks consist of human.

"You might take it that way, but I assure you, that's not the case. I simply haven't come across many worthwhile questions to ask. Once things pick up, I'll have more to work with."

Clearly It has been one thing after another this week...
I don't even know How I got here!

"My name is (insert ridiculous monk name here) but you may call me steve.

You there, The one that smells like forbidden knowledge(Book), You answer this question now.

Suppose you could look through one of our belongings, without repercussions. Who's belonging would you rifle through... And why?"
The monk finished statement by staring unblinkingly at book until he answers

"Oh, I'm sorry, uh, Steve, I missed your question earlier." Book says while sitting back down at the bar. "Uhm, rifle through people's belongings? Why would I do that? Oh, you mean inspect them to ascertain whether they had ill intentions towards the town? Hmm. Probably those who speak in the most cryptic manner, betraying little of their intentions that way. Pandar and Thrakor, or perhaps William. I would ask you the same question, Steve: if you had the opportunity to inspect, who would you use it on?"

He then turned to face Moe, "Hey man, did you find anything interesting about Pearl? Did any of your patrons react to her in any way? Oh, and by the way, I see your blackboard is still empty; I suggest you make plans to Extend the opportunity for us to talk amongst ourselves. You know, slow the planet's rotation or something. Oh, and a fresh drink, please."

The filly? Nah, she just wanted some sugar cubes. As far as you guys taking longer, well, if you're willing to stay up late you can keep talking as far as I care. You just have to make a decision before midnight, as I understand it.


There are two votes to extend the day. Four votes total needed to extend. If the day is extended, I will push the deadline out to ~5pm Pacific Monday. I have a feeling 24 hours won't make enough of a difference today.

   Akhier looking around at noone actually voting
hears his stomach growl so he shouts to everyone, "Thats
enough already! Lets get this started everyone I am
hungry and if no one else votes Pander is dead."
with this he goes up to the tally board and puts his mark under
Pander's name.

"... now that's interesting. Why are you so interested in seeing him dead, Acorn?" He writes what he thinks to be the crumpet man's name in the whiteboard. Then he pulls out his notebook and draws a few lines.

   "I do not want to see him dead but one of us will
be by midnight and I am hungry NOW."

He draws a few more lines in his notebook

well Obviouslly I would inspect those who have recently come to town,
Such as pandar.

"I do not know why you would be quicker to suspect outsiders over locals. I think it just as likely that those with knowledge of local folks and customs capable of commiting this crime. Indeed, 'those recently come to town' would include you, wouldn't it? In fact, I think your attempt to narrow people's field of suspicious is suspicious on its own. Moe, my vote goes for looking for answers inside Steve's corpse."

Book walks over to Thrakor, and asks "you have seen many adventures, yes? If I recall correctly, the last time we heard of an event like this happening, we had the misfortune of both a Vampire that would recruit others to his unholy cult, as well as some sort of corrupt necromancer who would use dark arts to cause a death at night. Do you think we have a similar conundrum this time, or should we expect different threats? If you were to be in charge of one of these evil factions, which one would you choose and why? Who would you target after we go to sleep?"
